PersonalWork / Terms of use

Terms of use

Application: PersonalWork  ·  Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms govern the use of PersonalWork, a personal single-user application that acts on its owner's own Google Account through Google's APIs.

1. Acceptance

By using PersonalWork you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. What PersonalWork is

PersonalWork is a personal, non-commercial, single-user application operated by its owner for the owner's own Google Account. It is not a public service, and no one else can obtain access to it. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use PersonalWork to:

  • break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • create, request or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), or any sexual or intimate content depicting real people without their consent — this is prohibited without exception;
  • harass, threaten, defame, or unlawfully surveil anyone;
  • send bulk or unsolicited messages, or otherwise abuse Google's APIs or their quotas;
  • gain access to data or accounts you are not entitled to;
  • circumvent security or usage limits of Google or any other service.

4. Google APIs

PersonalWork uses Google APIs, and by using it you agree to be bound by the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Nothing in these terms grants you rights in Google's services, and Google is not a party to these terms. Where these terms conflict with Google's terms regarding Google user data, Google's terms prevail.

5. Third-party services

The application relies on third-party infrastructure and, for some tasks, on a third-party AI model provider. Those services have their own terms, and their availability is outside the operator's control.

6. Intellectual property

The PersonalWork name, its logo and the application's own code belong to the operator. Content you or the application work with — including your Google content — remains yours.

7. Availability and changes

The application may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above will change, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use PersonalWork. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

Access may be ended at any time by revoking the application's access in your Google Account, as described in the privacy policy. Sections 3, 6, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions go to the address in Support and contact.
